Thursday, April 11th:
The Bruce Scottish Pub Grand Opening & Ribbon Cutting: Come raise a glass and experience a taste of Scotland in Salt Lake City! 4pm.
Earth Day Presentation: Climate Change & Utah Ski Resorts: To prepare for Earth Day, join Snowbird and Alta for a special Play Forever presentation on climate change and its effects on Utah Ski Resorts. The Cliff Lodge at Snowbird. 5pm.
Wasatch Backcountry Alliance Aprés Party: Join us in celebrating our accomplishments from the 2023/24 season and learn about our summer projects that will keep us busy and help set us up for success next season! At Fisher Brew Co at 6pm. Tickets are $20.
Spring Tulips Watercolor Workshop: at the Art Cottage. Starts at 6:30pm. Cost is $35 and includes supplies.
Utah Jazz vs Houston Rockets: at the Delta Center. 7pm.
The Elephant 6 Recording Co Film Screening: at Brewvies Cinema Pub. Join KRCL and Circus Brown for this delightful documentary telling the story of the experimental 90's rock collective, The Elephant 6 Recording Co. Starts at 7:30pm. Tickets are $10.
Thursday Tunes: at Prohibition. Live jazz and blues from 8pm-10pm.
Friday, April 12th:
Plazapalooza: at Snowbird. Grab your party shirt and your sunnies for Plazapalooza, Snowbird's spring concert series. Dance the afternoon away with free live music from 2pm–5pm.
Rocky Mountain Rodeo Challenge: at the Maverik Center. Starts at 7pm. Tickets start at $30.
Standup Comedian Shaun Johnson: at the Covey Center. Starts at 7pm. Tickets are $33.
The Simon & Garfunkel Story: at the Eccles Theater. Using huge projection photos and original film footage, featuring a full live band performing all the hits. Starts at 7:30pm. Tickets are $68.
Direct from Sweden: The Music of Abba: Abba tribute band at Abravnel Hall. 7:30pm. Plays all weekend. Tickets are $75.
Saturday, April 13th:
Strength in Shades Market: at Publik Coffee. Highlighting 30+ BIPOC and Woman-owned businesses who sell unique pieces of art, jewelry, handmade items and more. From 10am-2pm.
Pond Skim Beach Party: at Solitude. After the completion of the pond skim, the party continues with the Last Chance Beach Bash, featuring live music by Gorgeous Gourds. From 12pm-5pm.
Earth Day Celebration: Connect with sustainability–focused and local companies from the Salt Lake area. Get on the snow with Cottonwood Canyons Foundation, Tracy Aviary and TreeUtah—gain a fresh perspective of the ecological system at work. All day at Alta.
Wasatch Community Gardens Seed Party: Hosted at the Chapman Library Branch, this free event will be packed with fun activities and information. From 12pm-2pm.
Musical Comedy Show: Featuring Comedians Marcus & Guy. All proceeds will go to CHOICE Academy. at Venue 6SIX9. Starts at 6:30pm. Tickets are $10.
Beehive Scream Break: kick off Spring with a scare at Nightmare on 13th. Meet at Big Willies at 6:30pm. Tickets are $25.
Sunday, April 14th:
Yoga and Sound Bath: at Red Butte Garden. Starts at 10:30am. $15.
The Nice Guys: playing at Brewvies. Free Sunday movies at $4 mimosas. 12pm.
Honkey Tonk Sundays: at RoHa Brewing. Time for some Hot Chicken, cold beer, and Honkey Tonk with High Ball Train. 3pm-6pm.
Air Force Academy Band: will be at the Gallivan Center from 7pm-8:3pm. Free.
Adult Trivia: every Sunday night at the Green Pig Pub. 7pm-9:30pm.
