Love is swirling in the air 💓 and we're celebrating all things amore in our special Valentine's Day edition of the Salt Lake City Weekender! 💋 Whether you're blissfully coupled up, flying solo, or reveling in the love of friends and family, we've got a lineup of heartwarming activities to make your day extra special. We got many requests to compile what to do today for V-day, so here you are!

What’s going on today:

Wednesday, February 14th:

• Hearts A Fire at Millcreek Common: Color Me Mine Pop up Party, public ice skating, and ice dancing show, and swing dancing classes. 6pm-10pm. Tickets are $5.

• Wine and Cheese Pairings: at La Caille. Starts at 6pm. Tastings are $29.

• Wine Down: at TF Brewing. “World’s Best Corndogs” food truck. Vinyl records will be spinning. Unhinged Permanent Jewelry pop-up in the Taproom. Flora/Fauna natural wines. 6pm. 

• Star Party: UofU public star party at the observatory where you can view planets, stars, galaxies, nebula, and other astronomical objects. 7pm-11pm. Free.

• Utah Jazz vs Los Angeles Lakers: At the Delta Center. Starts at 7pm. Tickets are $70.

• Casey Elliot: at Kingsbury Hall. Starts at 7:30pm. Tickets are $100.

• Valentine’s Day Paint Class: Painting with a Twist. Starts at 8pm. Tickets are $39.

• Valentine's at The Leonardo: Pop Art Portraits: Guests will receive step-by-step instructions to create their own pop-art inspired couples portraits while enjoying a complimentary romantic snack plate. The Salt Bistro will be available for additional drink purchases during this program. Tickets are $35.

• Valentine Dinner Dance: Live music, and a three-course dinner, dancing, and more. Move and groove with The Salamanders, a first-class live band. At Thanksgiving Point at 7pm. Tickets are $80.

• Bingo: at Second Summit Cider. 5 rounds of bingo with plenty of chances to win prizes. 5th round has a cash jackpot, if no one wins, the jackpot increases by $50 for the following week! Starts at 7pm. Free to play.

• The Barber of Seville: at Mid-Valley Performing Arts Center. Starts at 7pm. Tickets start at $15.

• Forever Valentine with Casey Elliot: Live music love songs. Held at Kingsbury Hall at 7:30. Tickets start at $39.

• Ballet West: Swan Lake: Starts at 7:30 at the Janet Quinney Lawson Capitol Theatre. Tickets are $100.

• Roarin’ Jazz: at Prohibition from 8pm-10pm.
