Thursday, August 24th:
Ski-A-Rama Annual Blowout Sale at Ski 'N See: The sale kicks off at 2pm and continues until Labor Day. Deals up to 70% off!
Food Truck Thursdays at Millcreek League Night: Start your weekend with great takeout from rotating trucks supporting local businesses. Join at 5pm-8pm at Millcreek Common.
Canyon Village Summer Concert Series: Angie Petty and Diggin’ Dirt playing in Canyons Village in Park City. 5:30–8:30 pm. Free.
Paint & Pints at the Westerner: Create something special while enjoying food and drinks, then stay after class for free country dance lessons! 6pm-8:30pm Tickets are $25.
Locals Rock at the Gallivan Center: featuring artists from across the state, Locals Rock provides a stage for up and coming Utahn musicians to prove their metal. 6pm-10pm. Free.
Coca-Cola Sunset Cinema: School of Rock at Solitude: Enjoy a classic movie night under the stars on Moonbeam Lawn in Big Cottonwood Canyon. Bring your own blanket or low lawn chair and enjoy the show! Movies start at 8pm. Free.
Jesse Daniel at the State Room: The California native is blazing the trail for a new wave of traditional artists, bringing his hard core country music to stages all over the US.Music starts at 8pm. Tickets are $35.
Sue's Beer Pong at A Bar Named Sue on State: Join the weekly beer pong tournament at 10pm. Signups start at 9pm and the bar pays $100 cash to the winner. Free to enter.
Friday, August 25th:
Comedy Night at HandleBar SLC: Enjoy a night of laughter with Will Mierzwa as your host. 8pm. Free.
Friday Night Bike Battles at Powder Mountain: Participate in bike challenges at Powder Mountain from 4pm to 8pm. Win prizes, enjoy live music, food, and beverages.
DJ Sets at The Pool House: Enjoy DJ sets from 2pm to 5pm, all weekend long. Free entry.
Flying Ace All-Star Freestyle Shows: See Olympians and National Team skiers and snowboarders perform acrobatic feats as they soar up to 60 feet in the air before landing in the Park’s Spence Eccles Olympic Freestyle Pool. 6:30pm Tickets are $20.
Steppin on Main: This week’s show is Salt Lake Speaks: Slam Poetry Exhibition. Live Performances at Eccles Theater steps every Friday evening from 7pm-9pm. Free.
Grid City Music Fest 2023: Two days and 32 local bands. Music will be dispersed throughout "The Zone" on multiple stages Friday night and all day Saturday. Each night will culminate in the ultimate afterparty at the Commonwealth Room for Food, Games, Vendors, and lots of Dancing. Music starts at 8pm. Tickets start at $15.
Salsa & Bachata Social Dance: DF Dance Studio, Salt Lake Lessons are from 9:30–10:30 pm and the social goes until 1am with a DJ! 2nd & 4th Fridays. $15 at the door.
Saturday, August 26th:
Downtown Farmers Market: Shop for fresh produce and enjoy free weekly crafts from 8am to 2pm at Pioneer Park.
Outdoor Yoga at Solitude: Stretch and relax with free outdoor yoga from 9am to 10am. The Inn Lawn at Solitude Mountain Resort. Free.
Yoga At Wheeler Farm by YogaSix: Join outdoor yoga by the Wheeler Farm playground at 9am. Free for members, donation-based for non-members.
Bark in the Park: Vendors, K9 Obstacle Course, and Fenced Off-Leash Area and Free Hot Dogs (while supplies last). 9:30am-noon at Mountview Park.
Utah For Maui: A community fundraiser aimed to hold space and raise funds for our Ohana in Maui who have been directly impacted by the wildfires in Lahaina. Trolley Square from 10 am - 10 pm.
Salt Lake City Coffee Festival: Explore coffee culture with various coffees from around the world, a Latte Art throw down, and more. The festival runs from 10am to 5pm, with tickets starting at $15.
Second Summit Hard Cider Co. Grand Opening Party: Full day of live music, cider releases, inflatable obstacle courses, food trucks, yoga, mimosa bar, and of course Pickleball.
Mind The Gap Music Festival 2023: A Music Festival on Women’s Equality Day at the Gateway. Doors open at 11:00am. $50 per ticket.
Oktoberfest at Snowbird: Oktoberfest offers live music, authentic Bavarian cuisine, a selection of over 50 beer varieties, and a wide range of local vendors to explore. 12pm-6pm. Admission is free, parking is $12 per car. Prost!
The Paw Run at Rotary Glen Dog Park: Participate in a 5K or 1 Mile race with your dog. Each registration supports local no-kill animal shelters.
West Jordan’s Demolition Derby: at the West Jordan Rodeo Grounds. Starts at 7pm. Tickets are $15.
Houston Dynamo FC at Real Salt Lake: Game starts at 7:30pm. Tickets are $18+.
Salt Lake Astronomical Society Public Star Party: Join the SLAS as they open their telescopes and invite the public to enjoy the view. Stansbury Park Observatory Complex. Sunset - 11pm. Free.
Classic Cocktails: Whiskey Sour at Cocktail Collective: Learn how to craft a Whiskey Sour cocktail at this engaging event from 6:30pm to 8:00pm. $65 per person.
Talia Keys and The Love at Commonwealth Room with Spirit Machines and Meander Cat: Join the after party for Grid City Music Fest! It's going to be a great night of Rock, Soul, Funk, Americana and more. Music starts at 8pm.
Surprise Chef at the State Room: Enjoy Surprise Chef's performance at 8pm. Tickets are $23.
Holladay Summer Concert Series: The final date of this series closes with Pink Floyd, Paul McCartney and John Lennon Cover bands. Starts at 8pm. Free.
Sunday, August 27th:
Sunday Runday at Park City Coffee Roaster: Join a group run starting at 8am. Various distances are available.
Park Silly Sunday Market: Visit Park City's Historic Main Street for a lively market from 10am to 5pm.
Quorum of the Queens Sunday Drag Brunch at The Exchange: Enjoy a lively drag show during Sunday Drag Brunch from 11:30am to 3pm. $20 per ticket.
Coffee Hangout & Plant Swap at Logos Coffee Bar: Enjoy coffee and a plant swap from 3:30pm to 5pm.
Sunday Live Music at Solitude: This week’s music is The Pinetones at the Village Green. 5pm-7pm. Free.
