What’s going on this weekend:

Thursday, February 22nd:

  • Utah Jazz vs Charlotte Hornets: Tickets start at $17. Starts at 7pm.

  • Banff Centre Mountain Film Festival World Tour: at Kingsbury Hall. a celebration of the grandeur and majesty of mountains and the people who explore them. Each year, the festival brings together the world’s best outdoor films showcasing awe-inspiring footage captured in exotic locations around the globe. Runs all weekend. Tickets start at $50.

  • Full Moon Soundbath: The evening will include an opening intention setting affirmation meditation, followed by a dynamic meditation & breathwork series, a manifestation meditation & restorative sound healing experience. At the Cafe on 1st. 7pm-8:30pm. Tickets are $33.

  • Mindchatter: at Soundwell. Starts at 8pm and tickets start at $40.

  • Rooftop Curling: at the Hyatt Regency. Reservations are available in 60-minute intervals. $60 price reserves a curling lane for 2 people. Additional people can be purchased for $30 in the Add-on section. Runs all weekend.

Friday, February 23rd:

  • Friday Night Throwdown: Hand-building, Coffee/ Tea Pour Overs. Immerse yourself in the art of hand-building and unleash your inner sculptor at the Visual Art Institute from 5pm-8pm. Tickets are $50. 

  • Candlelight: A Tribute to Coldplay: at Sugar Space. Candlelight concerts bring the magic of a live, multi-sensory musical experience. Tickets are $50.

  • Bonnie & Clyde: at the Pioneer Theater.Adventure and romance await in the larger-than-life true tale of one of history’s most notorious couples. Runs through March. Tickets start at $55.

  • All Queer Comedy Show: at WhyKiki. All LGBTQ+ improvisers and comedians make up the cast from 7pm-8:30pm. Tickets are $30.

  • Salt Lake Stars vs Ontario Clippers: at the Maverik Center. Starts at 7pm. Tickets start at $30.

Saturday, February 24th:

  • Utah Gaming Con: join in the Grand Building at the Utah State Fairpark in Salt Lake City for a day filled with gaming excitement. Whether you're a casual gamer, a hardcore pro, into vintage gaming, a collector, or an artist - this event has something for everyone. 10am-6pm. Entrance is $5.

  • Try Hockey for Free: at any of the three Salt Lake County Parks and Recreation Ice Centers on February 24 as part of the USA Hockey program. 9:30am-1pm. Must pre-register.

  • Can We Talk Brunch Series: DJ's will be spinning the hottest tracks from the 90's to Present, bringing back the beats that defined a generation so you can belt out your favorite hits from the era. 3pm-9pm. Tickets are $10. 

  • Turkish Music & Coffee: Join for some lively Turkish Music from members of the Kechi band at Kahve Cafe. 5pm-7pm.

  • Solitude Nordic Nights: Explore the beauty of our Nordic and snowshoe trails by the light of the moon as hundreds of torches and candles guide the way. We'll illuminate Lake Flat, Evergreen, Bypass, and Silver Lake trails. 6pm-9pm. Trail passes are $17.

  • Masquerade Party: Presented by Utah Arts Festival, casino-style gaming, silent auction, and after dinner dancing at Venue 6SIX9. Starts at 7pm. Tickets are $65.

  • Reggae Glow Yoga: jam to reggae beats while flowing through a vibrant yoga session that glows with positive energy. Starts at 7:30pm. $25.

  • Bill Burr: at the Delta Center. Starts at 7:30pm. Tickets start at $80.

  • Grace Potter: at the Eccles Theater. Show starts at 8pm. Tickets start at $60.
