Thursday, September 28th

  • Party on the Plaza: celebrate 51 Years of Trolley Square Shopping Center with live music, food trucks, tenant booths and a beer garden. Trolley Square. 6pm - 8pm. Free.

  • Full Moon Lift Rides: Experience the mountains under a starlit sky on a Full Moon Lift Ride. Perfect for date nights or family activities. Sundance Mountain Resort. 8:30pm - 11pm. $35.

  • Solitude Open Mic Night: Locals night at the Thirsty Squirrel. Solitude, Big Cottonwood Canyon. 5:30pm - 8pm.

  • Craft Lake City Art Workshop: Haku Lei Making. The art of lei making brings love, Aloha & welcomes all. 6pm-8pm. Cost is $39.

  • Mindfull Meander: On behalf of Suicide Prevention Awareness Month, CONNECT and Swaner are partnering to host a guided mindfulness meander on the Swaner Preserve. 5:30pm - 7:30pm.

  • Yoga & Boba: Outdoor yoga every Thursday and a free boba after. 6pm. Valley Fair Mall. Free.

  • Country Acoustic Ramble with Morgan Snow: Morgan Snow is an American country singer-songwriter living in the modern age but raised in a high desert city nestled in the heart of the Rocky Mountains. at the Hog Wallow from 9pm - 12am.

Friday, September 29th

  • Breakfast with a Witch: The Gathering Place transforms into the witch parade headquarters complete with interactive dances, games, autograph signing, photos and a buffet breakfast. Runs all October too. 10:30am. At Gardner Village. Tickets $25.

  • Korean Festival: Find out about unique K-Culture. At University of Utah. 11am-7pm.

  • Forró Night in Salt Lake City: Enjoy live Forró music, a Forró dance class for beginners, and a Brazilian feast featuring traditional delicacies like Brigadeiros and Caipirinhas. Join Trolley Square. 7:30pm - 11pm. Entry is $12.

  • Halloween River Cruise: on the Provo River. Family friendly interactive Pirate experience. Runs through October. 6:30pm - 9pm. Tickets are $13.

  • Possessive! The Musical!: This family friendly punk rock comedy musical follows a family from Swarthmore, Pennsylvania in the year 2000 as they learn about love and family thanks to a demon possessing their son. Mid Valley Performing Arts Center, Taylorsville. 7:30pm. Tickets are $15.

  • Crazy Corn Maze: Opens for the season. Experience the Crazy Corn Maze and Fright Lights. Get lost in 8 acres of twists and turns in the Crazy Corn Maze including the new mini maze animal tracks adventure. Fright lights is a magical pumpkin patch experience. West Jordan. Tickets are $22+.

  • Open Streets SLC: Every Friday and Saturday this fall, downtown SLC’s Main Street will undergo a delightful transformation into a pedestrian promenade with music and art. 12pm onward. Free.

  • Fall Festival Starts at Hee Haw Farms: Pumpkin patch, spook alley, hayrides 3pm-9pm. Runs until the end of October. $13.

  • Girls Gone Hueco Climbing Film Premiere: Coming from 5 completely different backgrounds in the U.S. and Canada, the climbers each have a unique personality, perspective, and approach to climbing. The film celebrates those differences and shows that there’s no one way to “be a climber.” at the Valley Fair Megaplex. 7pm-10pm. $33.

  • Haunted Forest: A fully immersive outdoor haunting experience with over 30 acres of fear! American Fork. Runs through October. Tickets are $30.

Saturday, September 30th

  • Maven District Block Party: Join for the Annual Maven District Block Party at 900 South 200 East, Salt Lake City. This family- and dog-friendly event features over 80+ local businesses showcasing unique products, crafts, and services. Enjoy delicious bites from food trucks and vendors, live music, kids' activities, and more. 9am - 1pm. Free.

  • Adult Summer Camp: at Hogle Zoo. One-day camp designed for adults. Explore the life of a zookeeper at Utah's Hogle Zoo, where you'll gain insights into their daily routines and responsibilities. 9am - 4pm. $150.

  • Open House at RDT’s Dance Center: Try out all the classes they have to offer for just $10 for the entire day! Jazz, Bollywood, Flamenco & more! 9am - 2:15pm.

  • Midvale Main Street Car Show: A car show featuring amazing cars, vendors, silent auction, raffle, kid judges, and more. At Midvale Main Street. 11am - 6pm. Tickets are $10 (donation to the American Cancer Society).

  • A Haunted Fall Market: Explore our thoughtfully curated collection of small businesses and artists while indulging in delicious food specials from Mark of the Beastro. At The Beehive. 1pm - 8pm.

  • Pumpkin Succulent Decorating Class: Learn to transform pumpkins into living decorations with succulents. At Schmidt's Farm and Greenhouse. Starts at 2pm. Tickets are $35.

  • Beekeeping at Home: A gardening workshop on beekeeping at home. At Salt Lake City Public Library. Starts at 4pm. Admission is free.

  • Nightmare on 13th Day Haunt: Explore the haunted house in a family-friendly environment, surrounded by captivating ambiance and intricate decor. 1pm - 3pm. Tickets are $23.

  • Paranormal Investigation Old Town Tour: Where Life Ends and Ghosts Begin! 5pm, 7pm, or 9pm. Tickets are $20.

  • Cemetery Ghost Walk: Tip-toe through the tombstones. Learn about the GHOSTS who continue to roam amongst the graves. Find out why some spooks may or may not RIP. Starts at 5pm. $25.

  • Nate Bargatze: Stand-up comedian known for his clean and observational humor. His comedy style is characterized by witty storytelling and relatable anecdotes about everyday life. at the Delta Center. Shows at 3pm and 7pm and tickets are $65.

Sunday, October 1st

  • Odd Lake City: Come see all the odd and macabre art + wares that our strange community has to offer! Support 25+ local artists and curators celebrating the darker side of Mother Nature 🖤Church & State. 10am - 7pm.

  • Witch Hat Bar: Build your own witch hat! At the Local Artisan Collective in Ogden. 11am - 1pm. $78.

  • Sunday Craft: at Swaner EcoCenter in Park City. 11am - 1pm. All ages are welcome! Free.

  • Big Cottonwood Winter Welcome: Temps are dropping and it’s time to get stoked for the upcoming winter season. Come up for live music, food, craft beer, and Teton Gravity Research's 2023 ski film.nSolitude Mountain Resort 3pm onward. Free.

  • Comedy Church: Witchcraft: Comedy Church is one part stand-up comedy show, one part late-night interview, and one part satirical church service. Boxcar Comedy Club in Springville. 7:30pm - 9:30pm.

  • Alex Dunn: Reformed commercial fisherman and singer-songwriter Alex Dunn recently left Seattle and relocated to the rural outskirts of Aztec, New Mexico. Dunn uses his own personal blend of Folk/Americana to reflect on the many lives he’s led. At Garage on Beck. 8pm.
